I am the founder of Illumisoul Coaching where I integrate a unique blend of holistic health with my clinical background as a registered nurse in both maternal-child health and OB/GYN clinic nursing. My approach includes using an empathetic, evidence-based whole-person approach along with alternative holistic practices. Modalities such as Reiki and Sound healing are incorporated within my nurse coach practice to reduce stress, restore emotional balance, and guide you toward personal growth and well-being.

I am a firm believer wellness begins within and the importance of self-care, especially as a mom of two littles. I focus on guiding and partnering with you to create personalized wellness goals that support emotional, physical, and spiritual health—without judgment, pressure, or restriction. My focus includes pregnancy journey, postpartum wellness, life alignment and balance in motherhood.
