  • Eunoia (pronounced ehv-nee-uh) is a Greek word that refers to a sense of goodwill, sacred favor, and connection. It reflects the intention behind this space—a place where all are met with genuine care and respect.

    Eunoia Wellness Studio is home to a collective of independent providers, each offering their own unique path to healing and wholeness.

  • Offerings may include a range of psychotherapy approaches and holistic techniques such as EMDR, hypnotherapy, reiki, and somatic or energy-based practices. Each provider brings a unique perspective and area of focus to support healing and growth.

  • No—Eunoia is by appointment only. Please contact us or a provider directly to schedule.

  • Yes, there is free 2-hour street parking available in front of the building. Please avoid the adjacent lot, which belongs to neighboring businesses.

  • Eunoia is located on the second floor. Head through the gate and up the stairs to the door labeled Eunoia Wellness Studio – Suite 112. Some providers may ask you to text when you arrive, as the doorbell can be difficult to hear from inside.

  • Currently, the studio is on the second floor with no elevator access. If accessibility is a concern, please contact us or your provider to discuss accommodations or referrals.

  • Yes. Guests are welcome to wait in the upstairs waiting area. Complimentary water is available.
