Eunoia Wellness Studio offers a warm, inviting environment ideal for both mental health and bodywork professionals. Located on the top floor of the building, the studio features tall ceilings, elegant hardwood floors, and natural light in every room — creating a space that feels peaceful, grounded, and professional.

  • Rooms can be reserved 1, 2, or 3 days per week. When you choose a day — e.g., Mondays — that room is yours every Monday for the entire month. Rates are based on the number of days per week you choose and are billed monthly.

    To reserve your space, we’ll confirm your start date, sign a short agreement, and collect a security deposit equal to one month’s rate.

  • Each reserved day is yours exclusively. The room will be clean, is fully furnished, and ready to support your sessions. You’ll receive keys for building access and a key fob code to enter the studio from the waiting room. You’ll also have access to shared amenities.

  • Whether you're a therapist, bodyworker, or holistic provider, it can make all the difference to have a beautiful, thoughtfully designed environment to hold space for others—without the stress of managing your own office.

    The therapy room comfortably seats seven as is—three on the sofa, one in the accent chair, two on stools, and one at the desk. With minor adjustments or added seating, it could accommodate up to ten people.

FAQs

  • No, Eunoia is not a membership-based space. Practitioners are independent and simply rent time in a fully furnished studio to offer their services.

  • Services may include psychotherapy, EMDR, hypnotherapy, reiki, and other holistic or somatic practices.

    *Medical or medspa services are not permitted at this location.

  • Rooms can be reserved 1, 2, or 3 days per week. The rate is based on how many days per week you choose & billed monthly. When you choose a day (e.g., Mondays), that room is yours every Monday for the entire month.

  • Practitioners have access to their fully furnished rooms, natural light, sound machines, and essential tools. Amenities include Wi-Fi, heat/AC, in-suite restroom, waiting area, kitchen with refreshments, garage parking, secure entry, weekly cleaning, laser printer access, storage space, and somatic tools. A bio page on the Eunoia website is also included.

  • Practitioners are welcome to park in one of our reserved parking spots in the gated garage underneath the building. There is typically plenty of free 2 hr parking right in front of the building for clients.

  • Eunoia is located in Suite 112 which is on the top floor of the building. Unfortunately, there is no elevator—only stairs to access higher floors. Please keep this in mind when scheduling differently-abled clients.
