Hi, I’m Shannon,

I am the owner and founder of Cosmic Wave Acupuncture. Many of my patients are working through complex health issues, looking for relief, answers and to be heard. I have guided patients on their menstrual health journey through the transition into perimenopause and menopause. I have  supported patients through medically complicated pregnancies, fertility issues and postpartum healing. I have given patients relief from chronic pain. I work with patients that are going through spiritual awakenings and are highly sensitive.

My background & approach

I blend knowledge of modern medicine with Traditional East Asian medicine and esoteric modalities. I am a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, sound practitioner, and reiki practitioner. I use gentle acupuncture techniques combined with gentle bodywork, light therapy, sound and energy healing. My sessions are intuitively guided. My background working as an educator and working in a prestigious integrative medical practice influence my need to share knowledge, explore current research and connect patients with quality practitioners when necessary. My patients often describe feeling energetically lighter, grounded, and more relaxed after our sessions.
