Hi, I’m Kimberly,

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in located in Redondo Beach, CA.  My goal as a therapist is to create a supportive, trusted space where we can work together to achieve positive change. 

My background & approach

I have a background in psychodynamic and attachment-based therapies which I incorporate to help you build insight and self-acceptance. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of change and I bring authenticity, compassion, humor, curiosity, and acceptance into the therapy room.

Each person has a unique and powerful story - I value care and gentleness in meeting you where you’re at in yours. I have experience working with childhood trauma, conflict in relationships, exploring meaning, navigating life transitions, experiencing grief, and managing anxiety. I am deeply humbled to be a part of your journey to creating a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
