Growth begins the moment we decide to look within.

Hi I’m Kelli,

I believe many of the challenges we face in adulthood are connected to patterns that developed long before we had the words to understand them. The ways we relate to ourselves, navigate conflict, manage anxiety, and connect with others are often shaped by our earliest experiences and relationships. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, gain insight into those patterns, and create meaningful change.

My background & approach

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, OCD and anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and difficulties feeling connected to themselves or others. My approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment-based therapy, psychodynamic exploration, somatic therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Together, we explore the connection between your experiences, relationships, emotions, and nervous system while developing practical tools that support growth, resilience, and lasting change. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and move through life with greater confidence and clarity.

Outside of the therapy room, you'll often find me near the ocean, paddle boarding, attending a spin class, or spending time with my dog, Marvin.
