Hi, I’m Becca,

Whether you're facing personal struggles, navigating life transitions, or working through relationship or family challenges, I'm here to support you. I believe in meeting each person exactly where they are, offering a compassionate and collaborative space to explore emotions, process experiences, and reconnect with their inner strength.

My background & approach

My approach to therapy centers around creating a safe, empathic environment where healing and growth can take place. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting clients through a variety of concerns including anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, attachment wounds, and identity development. My work is guided by the core values of authenticity, empowerment, and joy.

Drawing from a blend of psychodynamic, humanistic, attachment-based, EMDR, and narrative therapies, I integrate mindfulness practices and mind-body interventions that help regulate the nervous system and deepen self-awareness. My trauma-informed, relationally focused style honors the whole person—recognizing that healing happens in connection, with room for both vulnerability and strength.

Outside the therapy room, I am a lifelong learner and avid reader with a deep passion for holistic health and the connection between mind and body.
