My background & approach
Becca’s approach to therapy centers around creating a safe, empathic environment where healing and growth can take place. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting clients through a variety of concerns including anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, attachment wounds, and identity development. Her work is guided by the core values of authenticity, empowerment, and joy.
Drawing from a blend of psychodynamic, humanistic, attachment, EMDR, and narrative therapies, Becca weaves in mindfulness practices and mind-body interventions that help regulate the nervous system and deepen self-awareness. Her trauma-informed, relationally focused style honors the whole person—recognizing that healing happens in connection, with room for both vulnerability and strength.
Outside the therapy room, Becca is a lifelong learner and avid reader with a deep passion for holistic health and the connection between mind and body.
In the safety of our connection, transformation unfolds.
